CapStack provides free online real estate investment calculators and analysis tools. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The calculators, projections, and analysis tools provided by CapStack do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All calculations are estimates based on the inputs you provide and general financial formulas. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations, projections, or content provided through the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAPSTACK AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $0 (ZERO DOLLARS) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE CALCULATORS AND TOOLS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND THAT ANY RELIANCE ON THE RESULTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CapStack and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the calculators. By saving analyses and making them public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content to others via shared links.

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means without permission
